Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of the Mad Tech Campus platform, the internal tool for managing the Mad Tech Campus coworking space and community, at Matadero (Madrid, Spain). By using the platform, you accept these terms.

Who we are

The platform is provided by MAD TECH DISTRICT SL, tax ID B25942749, with address at Paseo de la Chopera, 14, 28045 Madrid, Spain. You can contact us at hola at madtechcampus.com.

Accounts and access

• Your organization is set up by a campus admin. Your organization's admin manages members, roles, and plans.
• You will receive an email invitation to set your password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for activity carried out from your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access accounts, organizations, or data that are not yours.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Share unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights in the fields you fill in (for example, a booking's title or description).

Space reservations

• You may book desks and rooms according to your plan and availability.
• Hot desk reservations are subject to the limits set by your plan.
• Reservations are subject to the space's usage and cancellation rules. You can cancel at any time, but plans you have already paid for are non-refundable.
• Repeated misuse of the space may result in your access being limited.

Physical access

• Your access card is personal and non-transferable.
• You must report a lost or stolen card immediately so we can revoke it.
• Access to the space is conditional on your membership being active.

Organization admin responsibilities

If you are an organization admin, you also:

• Are responsible for adding and removing members and assigning their plan.
• Must have the appropriate basis to provide us with the data of the people you add.
• Accept the legal documents on behalf of the organization.

Intellectual property

The platform, its software, and its brand belong to MAD TECH DISTRICT SL or its licensors. You are granted no rights over them beyond using the platform under these terms. Content you upload (for example, your photo or your organization's logo) remains yours or your organization's.

Availability and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and secure, but it is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms or of non-payment. You or your organization's admin may request termination. The processing of your data after termination is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may change these terms. When they change, we will ask you to accept them again the next time you sign in. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, unless the law imposes another venue.
